Stepping Out on Faith for Your Own Mental Health
Have you ever gotten to the point where you have gotten so frustrated with something in your life and didn't understand why? Have you ever felt as if God is pushing you to greater or another level of purpose? As this feeling increases, your level of feeling uncomfortable increases and you are no longer able to operate in the same way. If you ignore the voice of God and those feelings, you will start to feel anxious and maybe even depressed because you are ignoring the voice of God and if you don't act upon it, you will miss the move of God.
We also allow others to get in our ear and sometimes cause us not to move because they can't hear what God is saying to you or they can't see what you see because it's not their vision. When this happens you start to have a battle within in which you are trying to please God and please other people. It becomes this unbalanced balancing act because what God says will always outweigh the voice of others. How are you showing up for yourself? Are you causing yourself mental and emotional distress because all of your decisions are dependent on other people and causing you not to trust God or yourself?
In order to be free, you must trust in God, believe in what He put in you, and step out on faith to make it happen and get it done! You have to make the decision to trust God and trust what He put in you. He gave you a gift on purpose to use for His purpose. If you don't, you will never feel fulfilled and will never fully walk in your purpose. A huge part of maintaining good mental health is living the life that God has designed for you. When you don't you will always feel like something is missing and will never be totally happy. Are you ready to trust God and trust what He has put into you? Seek God, step out on faith, and watch Him work! #MJConsistencyChallenge #MJConsistencyPays
